Return and Refund Policy

At TUBỌ, bespoke and bridal pieces are custom-made and non-refundable.

For Ready-to-Wear collections, items in their original, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for store credit or an exchange if returned within 24 hours (Lagos) or 72 hours (outside Lagos). Returns must be made to 25a Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, with all logistics costs borne by the customer.

Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery, with issues to be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours (Lagos) or 72 hours (outside Lagos).

All sale items are final, with no returns or exchanges. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Delivery charges are only refundable for faulty items. Please allow 5 business days for processing refunds on damaged goods.

Items abandoned for more than 3 months will be donated to charity. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

As a safety measure, returns are quarantined for 72 hours before processing due to COVID-19.
