READY TO WEAR SERVICE

Delivery Policy

Processing time
Processing times are NOT included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. Please allow [(24-48hours) for Lagos state, (3-4business days) for inter-state, (4-5business days) for U.K, (5-10business days) for U.S.A, (5-10business days) for Australia] for your order to be processed. During sales and high volume periods processing times may take longer.

Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. International orders please note that prices will vary due to courier service.

Pre-Order Items
Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.

Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to rtw@tubowoman.com
please do not forget to include your order number.

Item not received
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra (2 business days) before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service or taken a bit longer to add into the system. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. TUBO has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

In rare cases that your package arrives from multiple warehouses if it is unavailable in one location, duties may apply depending on your shipping address.

Pickups
Our flagship store in Lagos. No.25A Admiralty way, opposite Kilimanjaro, Lekki phase1 is open for pickups.
Please call to book an appointment for consultation if this is the service you prefer. We encourage all urgent orders to be made in advance so we can deliver the best service to you.

Due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow an additional 2-3 business days (Nigeria) and 4-5 business days  (international shipments) in transit time on all deliveries.

BESPOKE / CUSTOM SERVICE

TUBO offers bespoke garment creation services tailored to each client’s vision. By placing a bespoke order, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Production Timeline: Bespoke garments require a production period of 8 to 24 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Pricing:

    • Bespoke pieces start at $5,000 (₦7,760,000)

    • Fully hand-beaded ensembles begin at $10,000 (₦15,520,000)

    • Final pricing is determined during a private consultation, based on your chosen design. For privacy and exclusivity, we do not share the pricing of previous client garments.

  • Deposit & Payment Terms:
    An 80% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery. Payments are accepted in Nigerian Naira and multiple global currencies, either through our website or via secure direct payment links.

  • Fabric & Materials:
    Clients may not supply external fabrics. All materials are exclusively sourced and selected by the TUBO atelier to preserve design integrity and craftsmanship standards.

  • Client Responsibility:
    For dresses made with illusion mesh or net fabrics, clients are responsible for the integrity of the fabric once worn. TUBO is not liable for any rips, tears, or damage caused during use. Clients are also responsible for the cost of any further adjustments needed after the garment has been worn.

CONSULTATION SERVICE

  1. All Consultations will be held virtually unless requested. Your session can either be via email, iMessage, WhatsApp or face-to-face via FaceTime or WhatsApp video, depending on your preference. For quality assurance purposes, you are expected to book for your consultation 6 months to the event to give enough time for planning, fabric sourcing, fitting, beading and so on. We can make exceptions for events that are much sooner, depending on our schedule. Please share your date with us and we will let you know if it’s possible to fast-track.
  2. Consultation fees must be paid before confirmation and the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3.  Consultations last for about 40 minutes or less per person.
  4. Based on the quality of fabrics we use, technicality of the design, and embellishments required, bridal and bespoke prices vary. Standard bridal dresses start FROM ($6500) minimum. Please see the bridal section of the page for price ideas. Alternatively, you can also send images of similar dresses to our WhatsApp or email to get a price range.
  5. For quality assurances and maximum creative freedom, we do not take clients' fabrics. We create designs using our own fabrics.
  6. Please Prepare to come in for your fitting when you’re not in a hurry. This is a couture service. Your dress is specially bespoken to fit your exact body and may require a lot of time and attention to get the perfect fitting. The fitting of your dress is our top priority and we want you to enjoy the production and design journey with us so please be patient and love the process.

Note that fittings done after the close of work will attract extra charges.

  1. Completed outfits must be picked within 2 weeks max as we have limited storage.
  2. Completed outfits abandoned for over 28 calendar days, paid or unpaid will be given to charity.
  3. TUBO does not offer refunds or exchanges after the purchase of fabric and production has commenced which is a maximum of 3 weeks after the consultation.
  4. Change of agreed design, lining, fabric or embellishment after production has commenced will attract a minimum of 50% of the initial production cost.
  5. Home service Consultation Fees:
    1.  Within Lagos $1,000/hour.
    2.  Out of Lagos $5,000 for a day trip.
    3.  Outside Nigeria $10,000 for a day trip.
  6. For our haute couture styling services – #ThisIsNotAdress, we charge $2,000 per look and you have to book a minimum of 3 looks per day. Note that we retrieve the fabrics as soon as the photos are taken. We will create a mood board that best explains the overall looks but we do not provide a photographer, hairstylist, makeup artist or location, etc. but we can recommend a few. This is a couture-only service, where we create the outfits on the spot using drape and temporary stitch techniques. You are required to fill, sign and return our terms of engagement which will be sent to you in a separate document.
